As a Senior Sales Manager EMEA at ConWare Solutions, you will drive revenue growth by focusing on strategic sales of the ServiceNow platform. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and closing deals to expand our client base. You will manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and your efforts will significantly contribute to ConWare Solutions' growth and market success!

What would you sign up for?

  • Lead sales initiatives, targeting enterprise clients and decision-makers at the C- level
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, providing valuable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Coordinate the bid team to answer RfP’s
  • Prepare regular sales reports, maintain the forecast and the sales pipeline in our CRM system

Capabilities and skills that might get you an advantage

  • Minimum 5+ years experience of IT sales within Enterprise Software or a similar role with a strong track record of engaging with enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders
  • Nice to have: ServiceNow platform knowledge or experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Czech and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Existing good network across C-Level
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated, driven with proactive approach
  • Willingness to travel within the EU
  • Czech language is needed
