About Instance Controller
Instance Controller is our proprietary tool that automates and simplifies IT administration tasks. It ensures seamless orchestration of environments while reducing manual workloads, enhancing efficiency, and delivering measurable business value.What would you sign up for?
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify and evaluate new features for the Instance Controller, propose optimal implementation of business requirements
- Administer, configure, and optimize Instance Controller deployments in client environments, ensuring smooth operations and high reliability
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes, leveraging scripting and database knowledge
- Consult with clients to implement automation strategies that enhance operational efficiency and business value
- Develop and maintain tools to support the Instance Controller platform
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and proactively identify potential issues within the system
- Standardize and automate routine IT tasks to minimize manual interventions
Capabilities and skills that might get you an advantage
- Solid knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with databases such as MariaDB or MySQL
- Hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer needs
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Bonus points for knowledge of ITIL and its processes
