- Attract and win new customers and build a trustful relationship with them
- Monitor market trends and competitors, providing valuable insights and strategic recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Coordinate the bid team to answer RfP’s
- Prepare regular sales reports, maintain the forecast and the sales pipeline in our CRM system
- You will play an active role in shaping our business strategy and achieving our company goals
Capabilities and skills that might get you an advantage
- Minimum 2 years experience of IT sales/account management within Enterprise Software or a similar role
- Nice to have: ServiceNow platform knowledge or experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Czech and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Existing good network across C-Level
- Goal oriented, self-motivated, driven with proactive approach
- Willingness to travel within the EU
