We are excited to announce the 6th ServiceNow Czech MeetUp, organized by ConWare – and the 2nd one taking place in Prague.
The meetup will feature two expert speakers:

Topic: ServiceNow + AI: Practical Insights on Planning and Implementation AI is everywhere - but how does it really integrate into the ServiceNow ecosystem? David will share insights from actual implementation experiences, what challenges to expect, and how AI can add value in the right context.

Topic: Introducing CSDM – common pitfalls & success factors - The Common Service Data Model (CSDM) brings structure and standardization to the CMDB, enabling service mapping and stronger alignment between IT and business. But adopting CSDM also comes with challenges.In this session, we will introduce the core value of CSDM, highlight pitfalls we experienced during implementation in VIG Group, and share success factors and lessons learned to support a smooth and effective implementation.
In addition to the insightful presentations, the event will maintain an informal atmosphere, providing ample opportunities for networking and discussions among peers. Light refreshments will be available, and as always, beer will be on tap.
