ServiceNow Architect

Location: CZ, AT, DE, SK; Office/Remote | Full-time

Do you want to play a key role in shaping our ServiceNow practice and taking our solutions to the next level?

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect who will combine strong technical expertise with a natural ability to mentor others and represent our company externally.

What would you sign up for?

  • Be the go-to authority for ServiceNow across teams and clients
  • Architectural Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap and instance strategy, prioritizing Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) functionality to minimize technical debt
  • Platform Governance: Establish and enforce coding standards, update-set management, and CSDM (Common Service Data Model) compliance
  • Integration Leadership: Design complex integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, and MID Servers to connect ServiceNow with third-party enterprise tools
  • Technical Advisory: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for executive stakeholders, translating business "pain points" into scalable technical blueprints
  • Mentorship: Lead a team of developers and administrators, conducting code reviews and guiding professional growth

Capabilities and skills

  • Experience: 6+ years in ServiceNow development/architecture with a proven track record of 10+ full-cycle implementations
  • Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) (Highly Preferred)
  • Technical mastery: Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping), and at least two other "pillars" (CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or IRM)
  • DevOps Focus: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Agile methodologies
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to influence C-suite leaders and explain complex technical concepts in plain business language
  • Languages: English: full working proficiency, B2/C1. Preferred German, Czech, Slovak
