ConWare is proud to welcome Martin Běhal as our new Product Manager for the Self-Hosted area, with a special focus on our innovative Instance Controller tool. Martin brings a wealth of experience and ambition, ready to drive ConWare’s growth by transforming our expertise and proven success with the ServiceNow platform in self-hosted infrastructures into groundbreaking products.

Martin began his career as a business developer, introducing transformative technologies like AI and VR/AR to the manufacturing sector. Seeing untapped potential in digitalizing SMB manufacturing, he co-founded a startup that developed a lightweight IoT solution for monitoring and optimizing production processes.

As a passionate innovator, Martin is dedicated to bridging the gap between cutting-edge IT advancements and the traditional business world. His journey has been marked by a commitment to unlocking the potential of disruptive technologies. Furthermore, Martin took on a new challenge as Head of Product at one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the CEE region, excelling in last-mile logistics solutions.
