We are excited to announce that Zuzana Wojewodova has joined ConWare as our new Head of HR. She brings extensive experience in management and human resources across industries – from manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors, to IT, services, healthcare, and retail.
Zuzana specializes in setting up and optimizing HR processes, strategic leadership, and building efficient HR systems. She supports companies with HR audits, diagnostics of the current situation, and even crisis management. Her approach is realistic and step-by-step, always respecting the specific needs of the business and the company culture.
Her persistence extends beyond her career – she has run a marathon, and just like in sports, she focuses on sustainable results and achieving long-term goals. She listens, engages others, and seeks solutions that make sense both for the business and for people.
