Business Analyst with a Focus on ServiceNow

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a specialization in ServiceNow to join our team. If you excel at analyzing processes, enjoy finding innovative solutions, and have hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, you’re the right person for us! You’ll play a key role as a bridge between our clients and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions.

What would you sign up for?

• Analyze business requirements and client processes
• Design and document optimization solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with the development team on implementing changes and new functionalities
• Test and validate new solutions before deployment

Capabilities and skills that might get you an advantage

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and its modular solutions (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) is a huge benefit
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), other languages are beneficial
