As a Customer Success Manager at ConWare Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving client satisfaction and success by managing the relationship and the successful delivery. This position combines the responsibilities of an Account Manager and a Delivery Manager, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and value. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, aligning our solutions to their goals, and ensuring effective execution and delivery of our services.

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and be a part of the bid team to answer RfP’s

Capabilities and skills that might get you an advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience of IT sales/account management within Enterprise Software or a similar role
- Nice to have: ServiceNow platform knowledge or experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Czech and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Existing good network across management and C-Level
- Goal oriented, self-motivated, driven with proactive approach
- Willingness to travel within the EU
- Czech language is needed
