IT graduates wanted in Ostrava!

Are you finishing your studies and thinking about your next move in your career? Are you discouraged from working in the corporates but fancy a stable company and surrounded by people to learn from?

ConWare is a Czech IT company specializing in implementing IT tools for many significant Czech companies but mostly for companies abroad. Our primary focus is on ServiceNow, where we implement applications based on the ServiceNow platform and develop our tailor-made solutions for our customers.

Apart from development in .NET/C#, we also manage Microsoft cloud technologies.

We are constantly growing; thus, we need you.

What to expect?

  • Become a part of our projects. You may choose either from ServiceNow or .NET, depending on what’s more familiar to you.
  • Unfamiliar with ServiceNow? We have a 3-month program that would teach you all necessities, and one of our experienced buddies will be assigned to you to help you and show you the way.
  • The same approach is even for .NET developers! Strong fundamentals are more than enough, and the rest can be learned progressively.
  • Coding and reading scripts should be your passion, ideally in JavaScript.
  • English language skill is a must-have. However, the ability to communicate and understand is all that matters.

What can we offer?

  • A chance to work and learn in the IT field. Perfect opportunity for fresh graduates.
  • Surround yourself with a group of friendly people.
  • Opportunity to obtain many certificates and additional training.
  • An extra week of paid time off, free days, meal vouchers and many more.
  • Flexible working time and home office.
  • It’s important to rest in between working times. So, during a break, you can either play ping pong or table football or have a baguette from our fridge.
  • Occasionally, when the situation allows, we go for the beer or a trip to Mount Lysa (Lysa Hora).
  • Monthly, we gather for company breakfasts.

May the force be with you at ConWare.
