Junior ServiceNow Consultant – On-Premise & Beyond

At ConWare, we don’t just “implement and support” ServiceNow – we push the platform beyond its usual limits. We’ve built our own product – the Instance Controller – enabling on-premise deployment and giving enterprises freedom they can’t get elsewhere. Here, solutions aren’t tied to corporate templates, but are limited only by the platform itself – and by our experience.

What would you sign up for?:

• Learn the ServiceNow platform step by step through structured training, mentoring, and hands-on practice
• Start with smaller tasks – configuration, scripting, and simple automations
• Shadow experienced colleagues to understand advanced scenarios and best practices
• Gradually take on more complex assignments such as integrations and automation flows
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our in-house Instance Controller product
• Grow into an independent team member who can confidently handle tasks and support others – so the team can rely on each other and cover for one another when needed

Capabilities and skills that might get you an advantage:

We don’t expect you to know everything from day one – this is a junior role, after all. What matters most is your mindset and curiosity. Here’s what will help you succeed:

• You enjoy exploring new technologies and you’re motivated to keep learning
• Programming isn’t just a school subject for you – you like to play around with code (ideally JavaScript or something object-oriented)
• You’re curious about how things connect together – integrations, automation, maybe even Linux or databases
• You like working with others, sharing ideas, and learning as part of a team

And if you’ve already had a taste of ServiceNow, done some scripting, or passed CSA – that’s a big bonus. But if not, don’t worry – we’ll get you there.
