Junior ServiceNow Consultant

We’re seeking a Junior ServiceNow Consultant to join our team and help our clients optimize their IT operations. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals with a foundation in programming or other IT technical skills and a strong desire to grow and learn. You’ll receive hands-on training from experienced consultants and have the opportunity to develop your expertise in ServiceNow from scratch.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with clients and team members to support ServiceNow implementations and customization projects
• Develop skills in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet client needs
• Work under the guidance of senior consultants, following best practices and methodologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic ServiceNow issues while learning from more complex cases
• Engage in continuous learning through both self-directed study and structured team training

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of programming (like JavaScript or Python) or some knowledge of programming
• Motivation to learn and enthusiasm to dive into the world of ServiceNow and IT consulting
• Analytical thinker who enjoys tackling technical challenges head-on
• Able to explain things clearly to both technical and non-technical people
• Team player who sees feedback as a chance to grow
• Comfortable communicating in English and Czech
