A ServiceNow Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects related to the implementation and management of the ServiceNow platform. Their tasks and responsibilities may include the following:
- Defining project objectives, identifying necessary resources
- Creating project plan in accordance with project management methodologies
- Identifying and assessing risks associated with the project and implementing measures to minimize their impact
- Ensuring effective communication between the project team, the client, and other stakeholders
- Coordinating activities and tasks among various team members
- Manage project status, risks, scope, timing, budget and create report to senior management and customer
- Maintaining proper documentation and tracking all key decisions and actions
- Identifying opportunities for further enhancement of services and processes and actively participating in their implementation
Capabilities and skills that might get you an advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related role
- PRINCE2 and SAFe certifications are required
- Strong knowledge of Scrum practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is benefitial
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing conditions
- Fluency in English is required and other languages are benefitial
