Do you want to play a key role in shaping our ServiceNow practice and take our solutions to the next level? We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead who will combine strong technical expertise with a natural ability to mentor others and represent our company externally.

Capabilities and skills
- At least 8 years of experience with ServiceNow (implementations, module development, architecture)
- Knowledge of key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps
- Hands-on experience with solution design and strategic consulting
- Awareness of ServiceNow trends and roadmap
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CTA) are an advantage
- Strong mentoring and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both internal & external)
- Strategic mindset combined with openness to innovation
- Very good English and Czech (min. B2/C1)
